| Overall, the stay in the Hotel was pleasent. But during my stay renovation works were in progress, and the Hotel staff did not inform about it. | |

| I have stayed in many 3 star hotels in this area and this is definitely one of the best. Air Conditioning very handy during the summer. | |

| My mum stayed for 2 nights and couldn't say a bad word against it. Room was equipped with everything she needed, nice and quiet, very central, warm and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for her and best of all, an english breakfast to die for. Thankyou for looking after my mum. XX | |

| When we stayed at this hotel a few years ago, the bathroom door couldn't be opened from inside, hot water was not available at all times, hotel claimed bar service but only beer was offered, desk help could not give directions, there was confusion about breakfast, telephone was not direct dial no laundry service, help was vacumnning after 9PM and banging into walls outside our room door, furniture in lounge was stained. I would not accept payment to stay at this hotel. |

| We stayed at this wonderful hotel in January 2000. The service was excellent the room large and cozy, the staff was helpful and knowledgable of the area. The enormous English Breakfast was more than enough to start a grand day out. This hotel is a MUST STAY! |
